After sun-kissed sands and lazy days by the shore? Or is fun for the whole family your top priority? No matter what you need to make your getaway one to remember, Fuerteventura can offer you it all! We’ve got a stellar line-up of places to choose from across this island, so read on to see which one’s the perfect match for you.

Corralejo
Welcome to Fuerteventura’s largest resort. Corralejo sits at one of the most northern points of the island and it’s a real people-pleaser – ideal for families, friends or couples. If you’re after some nightlife once your days lounging on the sand come to an end, Corralejo has some of the best beachfront bars and clubs on the island. The beaches here draw a big water sports crowd too! From surfing to paddleboarding to cove-hopping on a jet ski, you’ll find everything along this coastline. You can also jump aboard one of the hourly services to visit nearby Lanzarote! Boredom isn’t a thing in this lively town.

Caleta de Fuste
Caleta de Fuste is one of the most beautiful and buzzy towns on the island, and it provides fun for the whole family! This east-coast resort boasts a long stretch of azure Atlantic water, which is great for water sports. You’ll find a variety to get involved in on your stay here, such as windsurfing or even diving with turtles. Hit the championship-level 18-hole golf course at Fuerteventura Golf Club or explore the stunning Caleta harbour. Wander the promenade and find one of many delightful restaurants to feed those appetites you’ve built up.

Costa Calma
Jumping to southern Fuerteventura, we have the brilliant beachside town of Costa Calma. This town’s name translates to ‘calm coast’, and it lives up to it! Serene shores and quiet waters cover the coastline, making for fab swimming conditions in between topping up your tan. Sotavento Beach is the place to head for long unspoilt stretches of sand, but Costa Calma is the most popular in the town for its white sands. You’ll find idyllic restaurants and cocktail bars scattered along the beachfront here, so it’s a superb spot to retreat to after your days on the sand.

El Cotillo
El Cotillo is a small, northwestern town full of history to delve into on your holiday. For a taste of local culture, make a beeline for the seafront Castillo de El Toston or the quaint harbour just below the Castillo. Playa de Los Lagos or Playa del Castillo are both blissful beaches which remain relatively untouched from tourists, so they’re a must for relaxing days. You'll stumble upon traditional restaurants all across this small town, serving up dishes of local delicacies to get stuck into in the evening.

Jandia
The postcard-worthy town of Jandia is found in the south and offers staggering scenery at every turn. White-sand beaches, crystal-clear waters and panoramic mountain views make this town a truly special place to visit. Like many beaches across the island, Jandia’s flagship is a hotspot for water sports, but it’s also the prime place to grab a sunlounger and enjoy the surroundings. Hotels in this region are made for those wanting fun for all the family, as many boast amazing kids' clubs and day-long activities.

Costa de Antigua
Costa de Antigua is the ultimate location for those wanting to be near the busier resorts but not directly in the centre of them. There, you’re just a short taxi ride away from Caleta de Fuste, so you’re close enough to enjoy the action, knowing you can retreat to Costa de Antigua afterwards. This town is relatively undeveloped, so you’re guaranteed a peaceful beachfront stroll after days of R&R by the sea or the pool.
