If there’s one place that knows a thing or two about sandcastle building, it’s Psili Ammos, one of the island’s few sandy beaches. It’s quiet and unspoilt here, plus the shallow waters and sheltering cliffside make it ideal for families who have pint-sized paddlers in tow.
