• As you’ll be travelling in the school holidays, the airport could be a bit busier, so we advise arriving two to three hours before departure.
• Many airports have priority family lanes at security, but it’s best to double-check on their website in case you have to pre-book.
• It always pays to be prepared, so save yourself the hassle of a last-minute shopping dash and pre-order all your holiday essentials to pick up at one of the airport pharmacies.
• The older the kids get, the bigger the appetite! But did you know you can pre-order your onboard food before you fly? You’ll get served first on the plane and you can bag all of your favourite snacks – winning!
• Window seats are a great way to occupy fussy flyers, as seeing what shapes they can spy in the clouds is sure to spark their imaginations. Head to Manage My Booking to reserve these before you go.

• If you’ve got an iPad or tablet, take time to download some apps that can work in flight mode. Audio books are a great option too, but don't forget to bring headphones.
