For starters, you can save your booking so you have easy access to it whenever you go on the app. If you need to, you can make changes to your personal details, check flight times and more. You can start your holiday countdown and easily make payments towards your trip. When it comes to getting your documents, you can fly paper-free – check in and download boarding passes straight to your phone’s wallet! Then everything’s in your phone ready for you…
At the airport
Once you’ve arrived at the airport and officially turned on holiday mode, you’ll be able to check live flight information right in the app. So while you’re doing a bit of duty-free shopping or sipping that first airport pint, you can stay up to date without even getting up from your seat. No more going back and forth to check the departure screens! Just be sure to turn on notifications to stay up to date.
“I’ve found the Jet2 app incredibly handy when travelling. Everything you need is in one place, which makes the whole experience much smoother. I can easily track my flight details, check updates and keep all my travel documents together so they’re quick to access when I need them. It really takes a lot of the stress out of travelling because you’re not scrambling through emails or papers looking for booking information. Simple to use, well organised, and definitely a must-have if you’re flying.” ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
