Rock the Pistes

Get more out of Morzine when you head over for Rock the Pistes! 30 live concerts will be held in a few different locations around the Portes du Soleil area of the French/Swiss border and even five up in the slopes! It’s a biggie too – 25,000 festival-goers usually grab tickets, so why not get involved? The likes of Pete Doherty and the Klaxons have taken centre stage before, and to make things even more exciting, you can ski from one gig to the next.

Snowbombing

Into chart-toppers? Make a beeline for Mayrhofen for the acclaimed Snowbombing festival. Its celebrating its 25th birthday this year, so it's been on a block for quite some time and you won't want to miss this one! Calvin Harris, Dizzee Rascal and Biffy Clyro are just a trio of the acts that have played here. And with forest parties, igloo raves and spa hangouts all part and parcel of it too, you’ll be in your element.

Snowboxx

Over in Alpe d’Huez, the epic Tomorrowland festival brings its winter edition to the masses. The so-called People of Tomorrow flock here, all dressed up in wavy outfits, fancy dress costumes and crazy props.
