The secret’s out – the wonderful Rylan Clark has joined our Red Team! In the first of three action-packed episodes, we follow Rylan as he dons our unmissable red uniform and learns the ropes as a Jet2 Customer Helper. Let’s find out how it went!

Step one: look the part!

You can’t miss our Red Team, and they’re called that for a reason with their bright red get-up! So, the first step for Rylan was getting kitted out in our uniform. And we’ve got to hand it to you, Rylan, red is definitely your colour!

Step two: hand out the teddy passports

Did you know your kids’ cuddly companions can get their very own teddy bear passports when they fly with Jet2? Yep, that’s right, just ask one of our Red Team and they’ll make sure your plush pal is all set for his adventure in the sky!

Step three: help out at the check-in desks

From labelling up baggage to giving our customers the warm Jet2 welcome, Rylan shows he’s a natural already!

But hold on... who's that approaching the check-in desk?

Step four: mum’s the word!

Is it a bird? Is it a Jet2 plane? Nope, it’s the lovely Linda Clark, Rylan’s mum! And after the initial shock of finding out Linda is going to be joining us on our trip to Tenerife, Rylan helps her to check in and wishes her a lovely holiday.

Step five: boarding time

As the iconic Jess Glynne song plays, Rylan greets the passengers onboard, leads his mum to her seat on the plane and works his magic as a Jet2 Cabin Crew member.

Step six: hand out welcome packs in-resort

After touching down in Tenerife, Rylan takes his spot behind the desk as a Customer Helper, handing out welcome packs to excited holidaymakers!
