The hotel restaurant, run by Eleni Manousou, Nobu’s first female executive chef, serves up classic Japanese dishes with a Peruvian spin. From Japanese Wagyu beef to tartare caviar and sushi maki to black cod miso, you’ll be blown away by the elegant menu.

Paco Roncero, with his two Michelin stars and three Repsol Suns, has created Sublimotion at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza. It’s a concept that brings haute cuisine to 12 diners only in an innovative, capsule-style space for a radically different gastronomic show.
The performance element of the evening is brought about through virtual reality headsets which help turn the dining table into a full-on show stage. Designers, engineers and stage directors have come together to create something truly outstanding.
