With flights to Geneva, you’ve got a great selection of resorts to choose from. Bardonecchia makes a great shout for family skiing, offering up a range of beginner, intermediate and advanced slopes to choose from. So, if you’re bringing the little ones, there’s a good selection of runs.

The town itself is quiet and quaint, offering plenty of restaurants and a few bars, so you can all relax with good food and a drink after a long day skiing.

Grenoble

Discover Grenoble, the gateway to the French Alps, and get your skis on! For the family, Chamrousse is the place to be. In the evenings there are shows, live music and quizzes to keep everyone entertained. If you’ve got little ones in tow, there are also dedicated children’s slopes where they can sledge and play in the snow.

Turin

Here in Turin, both the Italian and French Alps are yours to explore. If you’re heading here with the whole family, check out Sansicario, where you’ve got a great selection of beginner and intermediate runs to try.

The quiet resort also has an ice rink, a traditional village to explore and plenty more family-friendly activities.

Lyon

Take your family skiing in the iconic French Alps. In Les Deux Alpes, you’ll find a fantastic selection of beginner and intermediate slopes which are perfect for a family trip.

Lower down, the small village of Venosc offers charming cobbled streets, cute craft shops and plenty of restaurants to dip into for a delicious meal.

Salzburg

Perched on the border between Austria and Germany, flying to Salzburg opens up a huge selection of runs and resorts for a family ski holiday.

For something that’ll suit the whole gang, Wagrain is a great choice. On top of excellently prepared pistes, there’s also Funslopes for everyone to enjoy and Wagrainis Winter World, where the kids can make their first attempts at skiing, go for a ride on a magic carpet and even have a barbecue party!

With a family skiing holiday in Verona, you’ve got amazing access to the Dolomites and the fantastic resorts they have to offer.

Barcelona
