What is Bid for a Break and how does it work?

Our enormously popular Bid for a Break campaign gives holidaymakers the chance to pay as little as just a few pence for a getaway. Since we first launched it in 2021, Bid for a Break has had millions of customers bidding in the online auction to win getaways from as little as 2p.

What kind of holidays can I bid for?

From city breaks and beach getaways to Indulgent Escapes and VIBE holidays, we’ve had every type of holiday on offer with Bid for a Break! And the hotels can range from three-star pocket-sized properties to five-star All Inclusive hotels with all the bells and whistles.

How do I enter?

Head to our website or download the Jet2 app! Then, all you need to do is place the lowest unique bid in our auction – you’ll win if you’re the only person to bid that amount and that amount is the lowest.

How will I know if my bid wins?

If your bid wins, we’ll contact you via the details you have submitted on your entry form. If your bid wins, you can decide whether to buy the holiday at the cost of your unique bid or not. If you decide to purchase the holiday, it’ll be subject to our usual terms and conditions.
