5. Me Cumpari Turiddu
Step inside Me Cumpari Turiddu and step back in time. This is a Michelin-star spot which is distinctively Sicilian in both décor and food. With stripped back walls, exposed brickwork and hand-woven lace hanging from the ceiling, it certainly juxtaposes its Michelin-star status, while still giving guests that homely feel. 6. Trattoria Catania Ruffiana
You’re in for a real treat when you dine at Trattoria Catania Ruffiana. A marvellous medley of classic dishes fills the menu. Think meat-filled antipasti platters, spaghetti smothered in rich sauce and seafood-stuffed pasta. It’s also applauded for its famously friendly Italian hospitality and amazing ambience. 7. Deliziosa
Deliziosa delights with its marvellous menu of Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Graze on freshly baked bread and olives to start, before moving on to the main event. Swordfish flavoured with Etna red wine and mushroom gnocchi are just two of the standout dishes here. Why not wrap up the evening with a creamy, coffee-infused tiramisu?
