Heading to Ibiza? Café Mambo should definitely be on your radar. Located right in the heart of San Antonio along the stunning sunset strip, it’s the home of good times, amazing music and that world-famous, extremely Instagrammable, sunset. Whether it’s White Isle visitors, looking to dance the night away or A-list celebrities, you can always be sure of an incredible atmosphere and the latest tunes.

With resident DJs, such as Loeca, Andy Baxter and Pete Gooding to name a few, and more than 25 years of fiestas under its belt, it’s little wonder Café Mambo has become such an iconic haunt for party-people. But who’s behind this Ibizan hotspot?

Originally opened by Javier and Caroline Anadon in 1994, Café Mambo’s a family affair, with their sons Christian and Alan now permanent fixtures at this legendary venue. Inspired by music as they grew up, they naturally progressed to become master DJs, known as the Mambo Brothers. They’ve been part of the evolution of electronic music and are now just as much a piece of Ibiza’s music line-up as the café itself.

To find out more about all things Café Mambo, we grabbed Christian and Alan Anadon, AKA the Mambo Brothers, for a quick chat…

Your proudest moment?

“Mambo in the Mix is a charity event we started back in 2012 where you could mix records and DJs came to mix drinks and serve food for donations. It was amazing seeing DJs like Jamie Jones and Seth Troxler working hard behind the bar and making hot dogs!”

So, if you’re down for incredible sunsets, feel-good music and a memorable holiday in Ibiza, get yourself to Café Mambo!
